The HDI Finance team provides a range of professional services, including -- financial reporting, tax advisory and compliance, regulatory compliance, risk and governance, treasury and investment, management reporting, transaction support, budgeting, book-keeping and accounting, administrative support and data processing. The Finance team also coordinates various financial activities among HDI departments.
Mark Peters has over 15 years' experience in the areas of financial reporting and taxation, working primarily with Canadian and US public corporations. Mr. Peters manages accounting, regulatory and securities compliance, reporting, treasury and taxation for HDI. Prior to joining HDI, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the both the audit and tax groups. Mr. Peters is also CFO of Heatherdale Resources Ltd., an affiliated HDI company.

Andrew Ing has more than 15 years experience in the natural resources sector. His focus at HDI is on corporate development activities, with an emphasis on capital finance, business agreement negotiations and risk management. He previously held positions with professional services firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, providing advisory services to mining companies in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Simon Beller has more than 10 years experience as a corporate finance professional, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, valuations, divestitures and financings. Prior to joining HDI, Mr Beller acted as chief financial officer for the MultiSport Centre of Excellence and spent seven years with KPMG in its Corporate Finance department.

Bryce Hamming has more than 15 years of corporate finance, tax and accounting experience with a focus on debt and equity financing, acquisitions, valuations, transaction structuring and compliance. Prior to joining HDI, Mr. Hamming was an associate director with the Royal Bank of Scotland in London with their secured debt capital markets division. He also spent 8 years with KPMG in their Canadian tax group.
